Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years Stepdown RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Provide specialized nursing care as an RN in a Stepdown unit, focusing on patients boarded in the Emergency Room. This travel assignment offers a dynamic environment where your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Georgia or Compact RN license
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Stepdown nursing experience
- Successful completion of at least one prior travel assignment
- References from recent travel assignments
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide high-quality care to Stepdown patients boarded in the ER
- Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain detailed, accurate patient records
- Adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment to meet patient needs
This opportunity is available ASAP and follows a 100-mile radius policy. The ideal candidate will have proven travel nursing experience and strong clinical skills in a Stepdown setting.
