Credit Representative
- Credit Investigation: Research and compile comprehensive credit data to vet new and existing customers, facilitating the swift release of orders.
- Financial Research: Perform deep-dive credit application and trade reference research, coordinating with financial institutions and vendors to gather evidence.
- Strategic Decision Making: Conduct thorough credit checks to enable sound financial decisions and risk mitigation.
- Collaboration: Act as a key liaison for internal business partners, providing real-time updates on credit investigations.
- Customer Relations: Communicate directly with customers regarding special credit requirements or the need for advance deposits.
- Experience: Must have a solid background in Accounts Receivable (A/R).
- Technical Skills: Fast and accurate alpha/numeric data entry skills; analytical proficiency.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both internal teams and external customers.
- Time Management: Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment under tight time constraints.
- Attention to Detail: A "eagle eye" for detail is required to ensure all vetting meets our high standards.

- Inform internal business partners of progress of credit investigation
- Communicate with customers when other special credit requirements or advanc deposits are deemed necessary
