The Chattahoochee–Oconee National Forest is comprised of two United States National Forests , the Oconee National Forest and the Chattahoochee National Forest, both located in Georgia. The combined total area of the Chattahoochee–Oconee National Forest is nearly 867,000 acres. Stewards, in partnership with the United States Forest Service (USFS) and Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest, is seeking two members who will serve alongside Forest Service staff, gaining hands-on experience in invasive species management and ecological restoration.
