Bobcat of Augusta, GA is looking for a seasoned Service Manager to assist us in growing our presence in the community! We are an Independent Dealership providing access to a premium selection of new and pre-owned construction equipment. The Service Manager will be responsible for the control of our shop including day-to-day operations, overall growth, financial management, and customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist in getting shop to be revenue producing, generating revenue out of service/parts.

· Establish annual & monthly budgets and expense reports to align with company objectives.

· Establish operating goals and needs to increase the profitability of the Service Department.

· Create marketing plan to start/increase service sales & develop business relationships within the field.

· Establish efficiency bonuses with our diesel technicians.

· Assist in the recruiting of diesel technicians.

· Resolve employee issues and conflicts.

· Follow all OSHA and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

· Must have experience in the service management.

· Excellent customer service & leadership skills and ability to positively motivate employees.

· Positive attitude and strong managerial & organizational skills.

· Experience with work planning and scheduling.

· Thorough knowledge of safe working practices, DOT, OSHA, and other state & federal regulations.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly while leading others.

· Must allow flexibility in work schedule to work additional hours when needed.

· Requires previous supervisory experience.

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Shop Management: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
