Bilingual CSR/Dispatcher - Warehouse Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (organizing data, pivot tables, vlookup, etc.) and logistics software

- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels, and to fulfill and expedite orders.

- Create and manage shipping documentation such as bills of lading, packing slips, and invoices.

- Work closely with the logistics team to provide customers with timely and accurate delivery updates.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.

- Assist in tracking and reporting key performance indicators relevant to the customer service department.

- Ensure compliance with safety and warehouse procedures.

NOTE:

• This role involves moving around the warehouse as needed to coordinate dispatching activities.
• The position is not strictly a desk/office position and will require physical presence in the warehouse, no lifting is involved.
