Event Admin Assitant
Event Administrative Assistant
We are seeking an organized and motivated Event Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling, training front-of-house staff, and running errands. You'll work closely with the owner and frequently act as an extension of their leadership.
MUST HAVE CAR AND LAPTOP
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating event logistics
- Train and support front-of-house staff
- Perform various errands as needed
- Collaborate closely with the owner on day-to-day operations
Ideal Candidate:
- At least 2 years of experience in restaurant management
- At least 2 years of experience in event operations
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Basic marketing skills
- Ability to commit to 15-20 hours per week, with availability for 3 days a week (5 hours per day)
- Must be able to attend a weekly meeting every Monday at 2 PM
- Excellent communication and language skills
