About the Role:
The Recruiting Specialist plays a crucial role in the automotive manufacturing industry by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's workforce needs. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
