We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Marietta, Georgia. In this role, you will oversee critical accounting functions and ensure accuracy in financial reporting, helping the organization maintain compliance and achieve its financial goals. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results.

• Oversee general ledger activities, including maintenance, reconciliations, and adjustments.

• Prepare and post journal entries while verifying their accuracy and alignment with accounting standards.

• Perform account reconciliations to ensure consistency and accuracy across financial statements.

• Conduct bank reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audits and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

• Maintain documentation and records to support accounting processes and audits.
