What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record in automotive sales (3+ years preferred)
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, & closing skills (Be ready to Role-play)
• Driven, self-motivated, & goal-oriented
• Strong customer focus & a positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Maintain Benchmark CSI
