Administrative office work for an Auto Export Loading Company.
Must be extremely multi-tasked, flexible and inventory proficient. Basic office work to include answering phones, emailing, taking messages, scanning, printing, filing, copying, Microsoft office Excel and MS Word, taking pictures and labeling vehicles and/or containers, taking inventory of vehicles, dispatching vehicles, receiving vehicles, printing load plan or load lists, etc. Spanish speakers - fine as long as you speak English also. Note: Brief outside work is required such as taking pictures, receiving vehicles, conducting inventory of vehicles outside, etc.
