Job Description

As a Senior Scrum Master supporting one of our client's Marketing Enablement product areas, you will lead agile delivery for a cross-functional team focused on enabling marketing strategy through technology, data, and operational excellence. You will guide the team in delivering capabilities aligned to one of the following product domains:

• Customer Journey Activation

• Channel Engagement

• Creative Enablement

• Workflow Optimization

• Reporting and Performance

• Data Foundations and Measurement Insights

You will serve as a servant leader and agile coach fostering collaboration, removing impediments, and ensuring delivery aligns with marketing goals. You will also leverage the Aha! suite to connect strategic planning with execution, ensuring visibility and alignment across initiatives.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably supporting marketing, digital, or customer experience teams.

• Hands-on experience with the Aha! suite or similar for product strategy, road mapping, and release planning.

• Proficiency in agile tools such as AHA, Agility or JIRA.

• Strong understanding of agile engineering practices (CI/CD, TDD, DevOps).

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Commitment to safety, security, and diversity in the workplace.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.

• Experience supporting marketing technology platforms, campaign operations, or customer data initiatives.

• Familiarity with cloud technologies and scaled agile frameworks. Preferably AWS, SFMC and SAFe, LeSS and Nexus.

• Certified in one or more: CSM, CSPO, SAFe, ICP, or equivalent.

This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
