SAP ABAP Developer

Delaware Nation Industries is looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing custom SAP applications and workflows tailored to the needs of our organization. Your expertise in ABAP programming will help streamline operations and ensure optimal system performance.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in ABAP programming, including experience with enhancements and modifications in the SAP environment.
• Ability to design, code, test, and implement custom RICEF objects.
• Experience with integrating SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD) and understanding of related business processes.
• Collaborate effectively with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct performance tuning and debugging of ABAP programs to ensure efficiency.
• Create and maintain documentation for all development and enhancement activities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including SAP Cloud solutions and Fiori applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Over 5 years of experience with S/4HANA ABAP
• Experience working with SAP Brownfield or Greenfield projects (preferably in S/4 Customer Management)
• Proficient in activating and debugging Fiori applications
• Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
