New Business Development Mgr Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm

Are you a high-energy, results-driven sales professional with a true hunter mindset? Do you excel at building pipelines, generating new business, and closing deals? CSC is seeking a Business Development Manager who takes initiative, creates opportunities, and drives revenue by engaging decision-makers at all levels. You’ll have full ownership of your territory, directly influencing CSC’s growth while advancing your career. This is a hands-on, proactive role for someone who thrives on targets, seizes opportunities, and consistently delivers results.

  • Hunt New Business: Identify and engage prospects, convert leads into clients, and consistently generate new opportunities.
  • Own Your Territory:
    • Research clients, competitors, and market trends to uncover opportunities.
    • Build account objectives and structured approaches to penetrate new accounts.
    • Map key stakeholders, decision-making processes, and sales forecasts for each account.
  • Drive Pipeline:
    • Maintain a robust, qualified pipeline of new business opportunities.
    • Prioritize opportunities likely to convert and track pipeline metrics to forecast sales and ensure targets are met.
  • Close Deals:
    • Prepare and present proposals that clearly communicate CSC’s value.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business.
    • Apply proven strategies to close deals quickly and effectively while maintaining urgency and persistence.
  • Collaborate to Win:
    • Partner internally to deliver on client expectations and maximize revenue.
    • Take initiative on other duties that support business growth and strategic objectives.

What we’re looking for:
  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in long-cycle, service-oriented sales
  • Experience managing multi-state or regional sales territories with full ownership of account plans

  • Experience contributing to a developing or growing sales function is a plus

  • Proven track record of closing new business and consistently exceeding sales targets

  • Expertise in professional sales methodologies (e.g., Solution Selling, Consultative Selling)

  • Skilled at engaging decision-makers at all levels, influencing deals, and building long-term relationships

  • Strong ability to create compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and preserve value in client agreements

  • Experience selling multiple product lines to diverse customer segments

  • Skilled in discovery and qualifying opportunities within accounts

  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze financial, legal, and market data to guide strategy

  • High-energy communicator with excellent written and verbal skills for presentations, correspondence, and reports

  • Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for pipeline management, reporting, and analytics

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including working with mathematical concepts

  • Comfortable traveling extensively and conducting sales meetings at client locations
