Note: The hourly rate for this position is $22 - $30 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Hours: 5x8's, Monday - Friday, 40 hours
• Read prints and layout
• Install batter boards
• Mark out footings
• Install/pour concrete into footings
• Float and level out concrete
• Install and tie wall rear
• Set Symon
• Steel Ply Forms

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and understand Blueprints
• Ability to layout work without assistance or supervision
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prior experience in the commercial field required
• Prior experience using Mini Excavator preferred
