Analyst, Compensation Operations - Hybrid
What you’ll need to succeed as a Analyst, Compensation Operations at XPO
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Familiarity with job evaluations, salary surveys, market pricing and salary range analysis
- Experience in performing compensation administration
- Relationship management experience with customer focus
- Knowledge of HR systems and employee data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows applications; ability to create complex formulas in MS Excel, and quickly learn and achieve proficiency in new software applications
It’d be great if you also have:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR or Business
- 3 years of relevant experience with 2 years in a shared service center or HR role
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other compensation modules/systems
- Strong analytical skills including demonstrated data analysis and interpretation skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to accurately input and retrieve information from HR tools

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Receive and execute requests involving recurring and non-recurring pay
- Manage individual compensation requests and mass uploads
- Perform data quality and audit validation of employee compensation data
- Participate in system testing and identification of system and user-interface issues
- Monitor and manage case resolution within performance and processing standards
- Process severance/non-compete payments
- Execute all compensation-related transactions and activities
- Reduce time to resolve complex inquiries
