Position Highlights :
- Deliver at Level II Trauma Center, 690-bed not-for-profit health system, with brand new Level III NICU
- Work-Life Balance: Flexible work schedule, collaborative coverage model
- Ideal Work Environment: State-of-the-art Level III NICU with full support services, 10 delivery suites, 2 antepartum, 2 C-section suites, 24/7 OB Hospitalists and CRNA team
- Support from OB Hospitalists, OBGYN Nurse Practitioners, Midwives, Maternal-Fetal-Medicine
Compensation & Benefits :
- Competitive Compensation: Guaranteed base + sign-on bonus
- Performance Bonus: Metric-based incentives, RVU production bonus
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: Relocation allowance, $7,000 CME allowance, 27 days PTO/CME/holidays

Qualifications :
- Degree: MD or DO
- Certifications: Board-certified (or eligible) in OBGYN
- Experience: Open to all applicants including new graduates and experienced providers
- Sponsorship: Ability to sponsor J1 and H1B visas
