Food & Beverage Supervisor
The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for all areas of the food and beverage function. This includes but is not limited to managing inventories/budget, managing cost of food and beverage, scheduling and overseeing of events, banquets or meetings. In addition, this position will assist in training employees. View our Virtual Reality Experience to spend a 'day in the life' of a hospitality professional at a select-service hotel. Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a hotel or similar setting
- Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
- Customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Familiar with Micros
