• Monday 7:30am - 5pm
• Tuesday 7:30am - 5pm
• Wednesday 7:30am - 1pm
• Thursday 7:30am - 5pm
• Friday 7:30am - 5pm

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Nurse Practitioner to join our fast-paced healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, compassionate care while managing a busy patient load, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining detailed and accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and treat a diverse patient population of up to 25 patients per day, including acute, episodic, and chronic conditions across all ages, from newborns to geriatric patients.
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations, develop treatment plans, and implement patient management policies and procedures.
• Prescribe necessary medications and treatments, ensuring patients receive the best care possible.
• Accurately document patient visits and complete charting within 48 hours, maintaining high standards of detail and thoroughness.
• Apply extensive knowledge of correct coding for various visit types, ensuring precise and compliant documentation.
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and coordinate care effectively with collaborating physicians or specialists.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients and their families, providing support and education as needed.
• Maintain consistent, organized workflows to optimize patient care and meet practice standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields required.
• Strong ability to build rapport with patients and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and thoroughness.
• Demonstrated reliability, dependability, and a commitment to high standards of care.
