Wound Care Nurse
- Assess and develop individualized wound care plans
- Create and implement wound care protocols to promote healing
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Provide compassionate, culturally sensitive care
- Current RN license in the state of Georgia
- Experience in wound care or related field (0 years required)
