We are seeking a detail-oriented, coachable, and quick-learning Surgical Dental Assistant to join our growing team at Coastal Empire Periodontics . If you have a passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!
Bonus Qualifications:
- Phlebotomy Certification
- Experience Starting IVs
- Assist chairside during IV conscious sedation procedures.
- Take and record patient medical and dental histories and vital signs.
- Provide pre- and post-operative instructions to patients.
- Take CT scans, radiographs, and intra-oral images for diagnostics.
- Prepare instruments and materials for exams and surgical procedures.
- Take impressions and fabricate appliances as prescribed.
- Ensure dental supplies are stocked and readily available.
- Maintain and perform routine equipment maintenance.
- Detail-Oriented: You pay close attention to accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Coachable: You are eager to learn and grow with feedback.
- Quick to Learn Systems: You adapt quickly to new technology and office protocols.
- Strong Communicator: You can effectively communicate with patients, doctors, and team members.
