CNC Machine Operator (Newnan)
Title: CNC Machine Operator

Department: Manufacturing / Machining Operations
Shifts Available:
• Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday–Sunday | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
Pay Range : $23-$33 - based on experience
- Operate and/or set up CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and 4-axis mills
- Perform machine setup (fixtures, tooling, offsets)
- Execute and monitor CNC programs
- Make minor edits to feeds, speeds, and offsets
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM (if applicable)
- Troubleshoot machining issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience running CNC mills and/or lathes
- Experience with 4-axis CNC milling
- Experience in supporting high demand production,
- Manufacturing floor setting
- Standing for extended periods
- Lifting to 40 lbs
- Overtime and weekend flexibility as needed
