As a Dental Assistant, you’re the doctor’s right hand and the heartbeat of the patient experience. You’ll ensure every procedure runs smoothly while helping patients feel safe, informed, and cared for.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive patient care and clinical assistance
• Enhance the patient experience through clear, supportive communication
• Complete accurate charting and thorough documentation
• Coordinate laboratory cases and treatment workflows
• Collaborate effectively with the dental team
• Deliver streamlined four-handed dentistry to maintain an efficient schedule
• Assist with cosmetic, restorative, surgical, and sedation procedures
• Obtain precise radiographs, digital scans, and detailed records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment
• Foster patient trust through calm, compassionate communication

Preferred Qualifications:

● At least 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant
● Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) and current CPR certification
● Comfortable assisting with fillings, crowns, cosmetic, and surgical procedures
● Skilled in 4-handed dentistry and maintaining a sterile, organized operatory
● Experience with digital X-rays, panoramic, CBCT scans, intraoral photos, and iTero or CEREC scans
● Experience with oral or IV sedation preferred
● Familiar with dental software (CareStack is a plus)
● Follows OSHA and HIPAA guidelines
● Communicates clearly and helps patients feel calm and informed
● Works well on a team and adapts easily to a fast-paced day
