Position Summar
y
We are seeking an experienced Director of Strategy and Transformation to lead strategic planning and business transformation initiatives across PGA TOUR Superstore. This role will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide strategic projects, evaluating new growth opportunities, and partnering with senior leadership to shape the future of our business. The Director of Strategy and Transformation will report to the Chief Strategy Officer and will have a highly visible role with significant exposure to the Senior Leadership Tea
m.The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with business acumen and a deep understanding of the retail industry. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to the Senior Leadership Team and help translate strategic vision into actionable plans that drive result

Duties and Responsibilit

- ing.Executive Advi sory: Serve as a thought partner to the Senior Leadership Team, helping to challenge thinking, identify opportunities, mitigate ri
- sks.Cross-functional Leader ship: Collaborate with teams across merchandising, marketing, stores, e-commerce, finance to drive aligned execution on end-to-end proje
- cts.Performance Monito ring: Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance of key initiatives and ensure accountability for resu

Qualifications and Skills Req
- uiredBachelors required; MBA prefe
- rred.7+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, and/or corporate development – preferably within retail, consumer, and/or e-commerce indust
- ries.Interest in golf is preferred but not requ
- ired.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strate
- gies.Strong financial modeling and business case development sk
- ills.Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities; experience presenting to executive audie
- nces.Highly collaborative and effective at influencing cross-functional t
- eams.Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and drive ch
