Associate Attorney

Purpose

The Associate Attorney will handle matters related to foreclosures in GA. They will utilize legal knowledge and experience as necessary to facilitate aspects of the foreclosure process.

Specific Duties, Activities and Responsibilities

• Review loan and foreclosure documents
• Prepare FDCPA notices and breach letters
• Provide legal and regulatory guidance to support teams and to Clients
• Assist with other duties and special projects as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Foreclosure, default, or creditor rights experience preferred but not required. Training can be provided.
• Member of the Georgia State Bar in good standing.
