About the Opportunity

1. Oncology & Hematology in Rome, Georgia—approximately one hour northwest of Atlanta
2. Help expand an already established hematology/oncology practice within a large referral network
3. Provide both inpatient and outpatient services caring for a wide variety of hematology and oncology patients
4. Opportunity to build and grow as the program expands and adds a new location to broaden services
5. Work alongside a team that currently includes 1 physician and 3 APPs
6. Access to research support, clinical trials, and tumor boards
7. Comprehensive care team support including nurse navigators, social workers, chaplain support, pharmacy, and nutrition services
8. Visa candidates are welcome

Schedule & Work Structure

1. Full-time position
2. Mix of inpatient and outpatient hematology/oncology care
3. Opportunity to see a variety of hematologic malignancies and solid tumor patients
4. Team-based practice atmosphere with supportive administration and strong referral base

Required Qualifications

1. MD/DO
2. Board certification in Internal Medicine
3. Subspecialty certification or eligibility in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology
4. Experience with practice building in a new market preferred
5. Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Georgia
