**Overview:** Join our dynamic team as a Call Center Representative where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service over the phone. As a key point of contact, you will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all callers.
**Duties:** - Handle incoming calls from customers professionally and efficiently. - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products or services. - Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure high-quality customer interactions. - Conduct data entry tasks to update customer information in the system. - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. - Collaborate with team members to address complex customer concerns. - Maintain a positive attitude and patience when dealing with challenging situations. - Follow call center scripts and procedures to deliver consistent service.
Requirements:**Requirements:** - Proficiency in English and/ or bilingual in English/Spanish. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer personalities. - Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus. - Multilingual capabilities are advantageous. - Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is beneficial. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
