Nurse Practitioner
This opportunity is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide comprehensive patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. The role requires clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. This contract position offers the chance to contribute to quality patient outcomes while gaining valuable experience in a well-regarded healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform thorough patient assessments, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in accordance with established protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Document care accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.
- Active Nurse Practitioner license.
- Proven clinical experience as an NP in a similar healthcare setting.
- Strong diagnostic and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
