Lead Bartender
Center Bar is a high-volume craft cocktail bar located at Chattahoochee Food Works. Our Bar Leads are essential to keeping our staff trained up and help in maintaining a fun and clean environment for our guests and team members.
Bar Lead Duties include but are not limited to:- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks in a timely manner.
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
- Training New Staff Members - Bartenders, Barbacks, Bar Prep.
- Making sure all items are stocked and rotated correctly.
- Communicate with Management.
- Keeping the bar maintained - a clean organized environment.
- Keep the team organized and positive.
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Prepare, mix, and put together craft cocktails from scratch.
Bar Lead Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a bartender in an upscale, casual dining atmosphere.
- Must have classic cocktail knowledge
- Bar Lead or other Supervisory experience.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food, kegs, and containers weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible schedule.
- Stamina is to work 40 hours per week.
- Able to have fun and make every guest want to return.
- Provide 3 references
