Line Cook
Fawn is a seafood-focused wine and amaro bar dedicated to craftsmanship, curiosity, and hospitality. We believe in using the whole fish and honoring every ingredient through traditional and modern techniques. Every day we butcher whole fish, cure, ferment, preserve, and create dishes that celebrate the waters of Georgia and beyond.
We're looking for a cook who takes pride in their work, maintains a positive attitude, and is eager to learn. Experience is valuable, but the right mindset matters even more.

- Butcher and fabricate whole fish and seafood
- Learn traditional curing, smoking, fermenting, and preservation techniques
- Prepare ingredients and execute dishes with consistency and precision
- Maintain an exceptionally clean and organized workstation
- Work alongside a team committed to craftsmanship and hospitality
- Help uphold the highest standards of quality and food safety
