Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (Electro-Mechanical Systems)
What your day looks like
You arrive to find production already humming. A sensor fault flashes on a line—within minutes, you isolate the issue with your meter, make a precise adjustment, and return the machine to peak output. Later, you close out a preventive maintenance task on a hydraulic press, update root-cause notes from yesterday’s downtime, and coach a teammate on safe lockout/tagout. By shift’s end, uptime is strong, quality targets are met, and you’ve left the area cleaner than you found it.
Role overview
As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you maintain and improve production equipment, site facilities, and critical assets. You are the go-to troubleshooter for complex equipment issues and a key partner to operations in keeping equipment safe, capable, and reliable.

- Uphold 5S practices and comply with GMP requirements.

- Can interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and sketches.
- Strong multitasking and clear communication with coworkers.
- Familiarity with OSHA standards.
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Service-minded approach to supporting internal customers.
Physical demands
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand, sit, kneel, squat, and climb ladders for extended periods (approximately 40% standing, 20% sitting, 20% climbing, 20% kneeling/squatting/lying in non-routine positions per shift).
- Work long shifts (up to 12 hours within a 24-hour period).
- Tolerate varying temperatures.
- Perform in dusty areas with PPE as required.
- Manual dexterity for prolonged hand tool use.
- Overtime as needed.
Communication, math, and problem-solving

Technical acumen

- Recognize cost drivers to reduce overall expenses and identify improvement areas.
- Apply quality standards in daily work.
- Know regulatory requirements, including wage and hour, environmental and waste minimization, company policies, and personnel requirements (including OSHA and EEO).
Licenses and certifications
You may be required to maintain a current Lift Truck Operator License and/or other appropriate certifications for specific areas or equipment.
Work environment
