About the Role:

As a Market Center Concierge, you will play a vital role as the liaison from the market center to

the Market Center Administrative (MCA) Hub, ensuring the success and growth of our

Concierge role and Market Center Operations by demonstrating leadership qualities through

exceptional customer service, patience and a strong desire to help others. Managing

administrative tasks, maintaining financial records, providing top-tier customer service to our

agents, and collaborating with other staff members. The successful candidate will have the

ability to complete tasks with a sense of urgency coupled with accuracy, stay organized,

manage multiple responsibilities, work independently while on a team and problem solve while

serving others. This position requires the ability to work on multiple software platforms

simultaneously.

Responsibilities Include:

 Provide exceptional customer service to our real estate agents.

 Assist in managing office operations, including processing transactions and maintaining

financial records.

 Assist with banking related tasks that include retrieving earnest money receipts and

coordinating outgoing wire transfers.

 Handle complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts.

 Assist agents with uploading transaction opportunities into KW Command.

 Manage tracking and resolving outstanding accounts receivable.
