La Vetta is the upstairs Italian dining room. The experience is dramatic, intimate, and dynamic. The kitchen is led by a Michelin starred chef. We are building an opening team that is polished without being stiff, and precise without losing warmth.
The Role
You are the first impression. You greet with warmth and control, communicate clearly, and manage the door so the room feels calm and intentional from the first moment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm greeting, confident confirmations, and clean communication
- Manage seating flow, waitlist, and quoting with accuracy
- Use Resy to maintain guest notes, preferences, and special occasions
- Support coat and purse moments and maintain an immaculate entry experience
- Communicate timing updates to the floor and leadership with clarity
What we are looking for
- Polished communication and strong presence
- Comfortable operating under controlled pressure
- Resy experience preferred
