Our client is hiring for a Financial Controller in Roswell, GA (hybrid 3/2 schedule). This role supports a manufacturing business unit and plays a key part in financial reporting, analysis, and plant controllership activities. The ideal candidate will partner with operations leadership to drive cost efficiency, improve processes, and support strategic decision-making. This is a hands-on role with visibility across the full P&L.

Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close, prepare journal entries, and deliver financial reporting with key insights
• Develop forecasts and budgets across sales, plant costs, and SG&A
• Analyze variances, inventory, and plant performance to identify improvement opportunities
• Partner with leadership on pricing, cost savings initiatives, and process improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 3–5 years of manufacturing accounting experience
• Prior plant controller experience with strong standard costing and inventory knowledge
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) and advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities
