Responsibilities: Receiving, logging, dispatches, and tracks calls on diagnostic imaging related service issues. Creating requisition for invoice payments, database keypunch and customer service follow up. Ensuring that assistance is provided to the end user community as quickly and efficiently as possible Qualifications:Education
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
- Associate’s Degree Preferred
Work Experience
- 2 years experience in customer service field, or other related field Required
