Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff , this role is pivotal in enabling our leaders to focus on strategic priorities by managing a wide range of administrative and operational responsibilities. You’ll be a trusted partner, a master of logistics, and a key contributor to our organizational rhythm and culture.

Executive Support & Meeting Preparation
- Coordinate complex scheduling and prepare executives for meetings with agendas, research, and briefing materials. Anticipate needs and streamline workflows to support organizational growth.
Document & Presentation Development
- Draft, edit, and manage high-level confidential documents, reports, and presentations that support strategic initiatives and executive communications.
Travel & Logistics Management
- Plan and manage domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless itineraries and budget compliance. Be available for off-hours coordination when needed.
Operations & Budget Oversight
- Monitor departmental budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with financial goals and operational efficiency.
Communication & Relationship Management
- Serve as a key liaison between the Executive Team and internal/external stakeholders. Foster trust and clarity through thoughtful communication and follow-through.
Board & Governance Support
- Coordinate Board of Directors meetings, prepare and distribute materials, take minutes, and track follow-up on action items.
Team Engagement & HR Collaboration
- Partner with HR to support internal communications, team events, and engagement initiatives that reflect our values and culture.

- Two years of administrative, customer support or similar experience
- Position is located in Athens, Ga.
