Information Assurance and Security, Senior Advisor

Responsibilities Peraton seeks an Engineering Team RMF/ISSO to serve as the organization's vanguard against evolving cyber threats, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical data and systems. Location:  Fort Gordon, GA. Tasks include:  Support and enable a comprehensive cybersecurity posture, ranging from strategic framework implementation to tactical incident response and remediation Provide proactive threat hunting and analysis Provide incident response and remediation Provide cybersecurity expertise and support -- serve as trusted advisors to the Command IT department Qualifications Required Qualifications: Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.  Will consider HS+16 years of experience.   Must have an understanding of Savant Catalyst, Wireshark and packet capture analysis Must hold DoD 8570.01 baseline certification upon starting the position: an AM Level III or IAT Level II certification.  Must stay current for the duration of supporting the project. Target Salary Range $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
