Compensation & Incentives

• Guaranteed Salary: $350,000 annually (full-time)
• Per Diem: $1,000/day
• Production-Based: 45% of gross profit
• Average Daily Production: ~$9,000
• Incentives: Mileage and hotel reimbursement
• No non-compete contracts

Your Role

• Perform 100% Endodontic procedures (no general dentistry)
• Diagnose and treat diseases of dental pulp and periapical tissues
• Provide high-quality patient care aligned with top dental ethics
• Maintain professional affiliations and local community presence

Qualification

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completed ADA-accredited Endodontic residency , or
• General Dentist with advanced Endo training and 100% Endo experience
• Skilled in molar Endo, Endo retreatment , and microscope use
• US Citizenship required (foreign-trained Endodontists welcome)
