Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) travel position in Augusta, GA, requiring at least 1 year of recent PCU experience and a GA or compact RN license.

Details

• Position is located in the 6W PCU department of a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 13-week contract duration

Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of recent PCU or telemetry experience required
• Current BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Current ACLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required for PCU RNs
• No certification may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
• No previous permanent employment with HCA Healthcare facilities in the HCA Far West / Northern CA Region (2 years of experience required for those facilities; standard requirement is 1 year for all others)
