Part-Time: $50-55/assessment & $30-35/hour on training days; based on applicable skills & experience
This role requires frequent travel to client homes for assessments, re-assessments, and supervisory visits (clients based in Tucker, Lilburn, Snellville, Stone Mountain, and the surrounding areas). These visits will be scheduled according to your personal schedule within 2-5 days ahead of visit.
This role requires you to be in our office every-other week for training days. Training days will be in our Tucker office, where you will be needed for ~2 hours.

SUMMARY OF ROLEAre you a Registered Nurse who’s comfortable coordinating client care in the field? We’re looking for a motivated, compassionate professional to join our team!
This role requires frequent travel to client homes for assessments, re-assessments, and supervisory visits (clients based in Tucker, Lilburn, Snellville, Stone Mountain, and the surrounding areas). These visits will be scheduled according to your personal schedule within 2-5 days ahead of visit.

RN & CARE CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Conduct all in-home nursing assessments & develop care plan for the client.
- Travel to clients' homes and complete all documentation for nursing assessments.
- Evaluate clients as necessary to ensure client needs are consistent with the care plan.
- Coordinate with management on implementing and revising operational procedures related to quality client care.
- Document any client complaints concerning a caregiver and review complaints with the management team.
- Coach all staff in proper safety procedures and consistently reinforce procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of one year in an office setting
- Must be a Registered Nurse in the State of GA for at least two years and hold an unencumbered license
- Minimum two years of community health, public health or home care experience, two to four years preferred
- One-year experience in geriatric care, preferred
- Current TB Test
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate pleasantly and effectively with clients and internal staff.
- Experience with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures
- Team player, excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possesses excellent client interaction skills
- Ability to supervise, guide and develop skills and performance of service personnel
- Ability to exercise independent judgement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook with the ability to learn other software programs quickly, and other relevant forms of technology, including the use of phone systems and email

- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Moving, lifting or transferring of patients may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to reach forward and exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull or carry patients.
- Ability to use abdominal and lower back muscles over time without fatigue.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to talk, hear, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, stretch, twist, sit, and reach.
- Fine motor skills to handle or feel and visual acuity including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to operate office equipment such as a computer, phone, etc.
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
