MUST LIVE WITHIN 25 MILES OF ALPHARETTA, GA. THIS ROLE IS FULLY ONSITE

Pay: $21/hr - BA DEGREE REQUIRED

Work Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: Shifts vary between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Saturdays: Required 2–3 times/month , 8:00 AM–12:00 PM (overtime)
• Flexibility is essential as schedules may change based on business needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle 200+ daily inbound/outbound calls with customers 5–29 days past due
• Identify the root cause of delinquency and negotiate solutions
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Support center objectives related to delinquency management

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication and phone skills
• Ability to multitask (talk and type simultaneously)
• Customer-focused with a self-starter mindset
• Open to feedback , adaptable to change, and eager to learn
• Required: 4-year college degree
