Sales Executive
CS Truck & Trailer is the one-stop fleet service solution for commercial truck and trailer maintenance, collision repair, paint, and mobile service. With a reputation for expertise, reliability, and customer satisfaction, we help keep America’s fleets safe, compliant, and on the road.
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our growing Atlanta team. This position plays a key role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new business, maintaining and expanding client relationships, and developing a strong book of business within the trucking and fleet maintenance industry. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a proven sales track record in the Atlanta market and a passion for helping fleet customers keep their operations moving efficiently.
Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through new business development and strategic account expansion.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships across the trucking, fleet maintenance, and logistics industries.
Identify customer needs and propose full-service solutions, including mechanical, mobile, collision, and paint & body services.
Collaborate with shop leadership and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and presentation to closing and account management.
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals, while maintaining a focus on customer trust and retention.
Represent CS Truck & Trailer as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador in the Atlanta market.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the heavy truck repair or fleet maintenance industry.
Demonstrated success in B2B business development, territory management, and client retention.
Strong understanding of the trucking, fleet, and equipment service market in the Atlanta region.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation (1st Year): $80K–$110K (base + commissions).
Uncapped commissions for additional earning potential.
