Project Coordinator
Summary:
Cennox Project and Security Solutions, CPSS, provides project management, ATM services, and electronic security for government, financial, and commercial industries across the United States. From full branch build outs to airport security installations, CPSS has vast experience across a wide range of industries and project sizes. We are equipped with the resources, relationships, and knowledge meet any challenge and complete each project successfully. We are seeking a customer-oriented, organized individual to help our team ensure our customers’ satisfaction. In this role, you will be the customer contact for matters regarding pricing, scheduling, installing, and generating work orders. You will also aid in the creation of staffing requisitions and the recording and monitoring of data in management information system. Our ideal candidate will have experience in construction and/or electrical industries.
Duties & Responsibilities:
*All listed duties are required to be performed within a 24-hour window or in accordance with the service-level agreement
- Provide information, resolve problems, and advise customers on products and/or services, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information pertaining to modifications of existing or potential orders
- Organize workload to ensure deadlines are met; schedule work assignments in order of priority and date received
- Research information, compile statistics, gather and compute various data
- Initiate, code, review, and process work orders for products and/or services
- Resolve customer requests for adjustments in work orders or billing
- Review, monitor, and process all correspondence to and from customers; coordinate the submission of periodic reports to management
- Create and maintain manual and computerized records of equipment inventory, work orders, accounts payable, billing records, and other pertinent information
- Record and monitor labor, materials, and payroll data for the shop
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned including Admin duties related to processing customer deliverables; Photo, paperwork, scope of work descriptions, etc.
- Create staffing requisitions for field employees and subcontractors
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques
- Skill in the use of computers, preferably in a PC, Windows-based operating environment
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports
- Knowledge of specified products and/or services offered to customers
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
- Ability to listen and follow directives
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
- Ability to resolve difficult or stressful customer service issues
- Ability to perform complex tasks and to prioritize multiple projects
- Must return satisfactory background investigation
Physical Requirements:
- Vision correctable to 20/20
- Finger dexterity for keyboarding and computer usage
- Ability to sit and stay focused for long periods of time
- Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques
