About the Role
As a Wellness Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our mission to create healthier workplaces. This position is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is ready to bring their organizational skills, creativity, and passion for wellness to our dynamic team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Developing and coordinating wellness programs and initiatives to promote employee health.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their workplace wellness needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Organizing health screenings, workshops, and other wellness-related events.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to track program success and outcomes.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in occupational health and wellness.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- 1 year of experience in a related field (wellness coordination, occupational health, or similar).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for health and wellness.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also taking initiative when needed.
