AR/AP Customer Service - Business to Business Only, no retail customers

We have daily processes, inventory coming in, invoices going out, payments coming in, that we want to centralize into one seat. Need someone that is very productive that can operate a dual monitor system to process these transactions.

Minimum Quickbooks Experience - 2 years

We use a very customized Quickbooks workflow, with a lot of importing/exporting data into and out of Quickbooks. So we don't manually create a lot of transactions inside Quickbooks, we manage the transactions that were created.

Much of what we do is keep our books and our customers books in sync and accurate. This requires good communication and decision making, as often times, our customers have someone new in their office, and we need to help them keep up to speed on how they are invoiced and how we are paid.

Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM

• 3 Core Responsibilities
• Maintain Accuracy of Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
• Communicate with customers inbound and outbound
• Create and Reconcile Deposits
• Secondary Responsibilities - Report Generation, Internal Communication, etc.

Previous Experience

• Handling / Reconciling Multiple Transactions
• Associates Degree Diploma - Minimum
• Good Multi Tasker
• Organized, Good at Managing Paper Work and Digital Work
• Above Average Excel Skills
