Account Manager

Summary

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You will build strong relationships, manage account activities, and work cross-functionally to deliver solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Duties

•Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
•Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
•Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
•Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
•Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., sales results, client retention, upsell opportunities).
•Identify and grow opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with sales teams to achieve growth targets.
•Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
•Maintain accurate client records, including contact information and communications.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
•Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Representative, or similar role.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.
•Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
