Compensation Range: $36-60/hr

- Own Lean Six Sigma improvement projects end-to-end across sales ops, back-end systems, and operational workflows
- Partner with technology and systems teams to turn business problems into executable improvement initiatives
- Lead DMAIC projects: scope, measure, analyze, improve, and control with real, measurable outcomes
- Drive automation and process standardization across a large, matrixed enterprise environment
- Run structured working sessions and stakeholder calls most of your day will be live on the phone with partners across the business
- Work in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) as your primary toolkit this is classic consulting workflow, not a BI/analytics role
- Manage multiple concurrent improvement workstreams and hold the line on scope, quality, and delivery
- 5–7 years of process improvement, operational excellence, or large-scale transformation experience
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (Green Belt may be considered for the right candidate)
- Experience working adjacent to technology or software teams you don't build it, but you know how to partner with the people who do
- Background in a large, matrixed, enterprise organization you know how to navigate stakeholders, politics, and handoffs
- Outstanding verbal communication you're comfortable being on the phone most of the day
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Nice-to-have: Scaled Agile / SAFe, Salesforce exposure, sales ops process experience
