The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. This role ensures that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized in a timely manner to support smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements:- Wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machines according to safety and sanitation standards.
- Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and free of clutter.
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling procedures.
- Sweep and mop floors in dish room and kitchen as needed.
- Restock clean dishes and utensils to proper stations.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks when needed.
- Follow all food safety and health regulations.
