Quicklane Technician
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quick Lane Technician to join our fast-paced service team. In this role, you will perform light maintenance and repairs on vehicles in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for individuals looking to grow their career in the automotive service industry. Key Responsibilities: * Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance services * Inspect and replace filters, wiper blades, batteries, and other light service items * Conduct multi-point inspections and document findings * Ensure vehicles are kept clean and work areas are maintained * Communicate effectively with service advisors about vehicle condition and any recommended services * Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations * Use diagnostic tools and basic vehicle service equipment properly * Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record * Basic automotive knowledge or previous technician experience preferred * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment * Willingness to learn and complete manufacturer training programs Benefits: * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Employee discounts on vehicles and services * Opportunities for advancement and manufacturer training
