Were seeking a reliable Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for our patients at our high-performing dental practice in Albany, Georgia. This role is ideal for individuals who value strong communication, take pride in being the go-to problem solver, and enjoy personal and professional growth, even outside of typical work hours. What Youll Be Doing:
- Greet patients and manage the check-in and check-out process.
- Confirm appointments, answer phone calls, and assist with scheduling.
- Handle insurance verification and financial arrangements.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to keep the day flowing smoothly.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and structured front office environment.
- Strong communication skills and a calm, confident demeanor
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, military service, or team environments is a plus.
- Ability to manage time, multitask, and follow processes with precision
- Comfortable using computer systems and learning dental software (well train you!)
- A Bachelors or Associates degree is required. A degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Leadership experience in customer-facing roles
