Bilingual Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) - ABA Therapy (Daycare, Center, & In-Home) - Carrollton, GA
Location: Carrollton, GA (In-person)
Hours: Part-Time or Full-Time
Pay: $25-$31/hour

Are you bilingual (Spanish/English) and passionate about working with children? Flywheel Centers is seeking caring and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy to children with autism in daycare, center, and in-home settings.

You'll follow treatment plans created by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), helping children build life-changing skills and supporting their families with compassion and clarity in both English and Spanish.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in daycare, home, or center-based settings

• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Reinforce communication, social, and daily living skills

• Maintain clear and accurate session notes

• Use your bilingual skills to support families and ensure culturally responsive care

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma (required)

• RBT certification (required)

• Prior ABA experience (required)

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Reliable transportation
